- Is it free?
- Yes. There is nothing to pay for the app and no adverts in it. You only pay the stores for what you buy.
- Do I need an account?
- Not to look around. To order, sign in with the account you use on Mart, Beverages or Eats, or create one in the app. Fresh and Wireless keep their own sign in, which also happens inside the app.
- How do I pay?
- At Mart, Beverages and Eats you pay when you collect, by card or cash, after the store has confirmed your total. Fresh takes EcoCash, OneMoney or cash on delivery.
- Why isn’t it on the Play Store?
- For now it comes straight from Chitemere, so Android asks you to allow the install the first time. After that the app tells you when a new version is ready.
- Will it use my data without asking?
- No. The app only checks that a new version exists. It downloads one when you tap Download.
- Is there an iPhone version?
- Not yet. The app is for Android phones for now. The stores’ websites work on any phone.
